Senator Hoffman requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                        
HOUSE BILL NO. 81(STA) be taken up. The bill was before the                                         
Senate on reconsideration.                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                       
81(STA) "An Act relating to motor vehicle emissions and to                                          
inspection decals and fines relating to motor vehicle emissions; and                                
providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
